Our client, a large insurance firm, is searching for a Receptionist in Downtown Montreal. This is a 6 month full-time contract opportunity with a high possibility of an extension. It is a great opportunity to jump into the finance sector.
As a Receptionist, your duties include but are not limited to:
- Answer telephones and direct callers to appropriate individuals.
- Greet visitors in a professional and hospitable manner
- Take messages for department personnel
As a Receptionist, the requirements necessary are:
- 1+ years of previous receptionist/customer service experience
- Strong verbal and written communication in both English and French
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and be a team player
- Proficient with MS Office
