Our client, a Top 5 Bank in Canada is looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative for a 6-month contract located in downtown Toronto. 

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative your duties will include but not be limited to: 

  • Resolve customer support issues by responding to inbound calls, live chats, and emails
  • Assist customers with navigating the online portal 
  • Discuss products with customers and answer any service or product related questions

Skills required for the Bilingual Customer Service Representative include:

  • Fluent in French and English 
  • 6 months to 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in banking  
  • Previous banking or financial industry experience is preferred 
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
