Our client, a Top 5 Bank in Canada is looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative for a 6-month contract located in downtown Toronto.
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Resolve customer support issues by responding to inbound calls, live chats, and emails
- Assist customers with navigating the online portal
- Discuss products with customers and answer any service or product related questions
Skills required for the Bilingual Customer Service Representative include:
- Fluent in French and English
- 6 months to 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in banking
- Previous banking or financial industry experience is preferred
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
