Our client, an international professional services firm, is currently seeking an experienced Credit & Collections Specialist to join their team. As a Credit & Collections Specialist you will be responsible for:

  • Perform daily B2B collections within your national vendor portfolio
  • Contact past due accounts and request/negotiate payment arrangements
  • Analyze and assess the credit status of accounts to mitigate risk
  • Prepare daily cash applications for assigned customer/payment methods
  • Establish and maintain effective, cooperative, and professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders

To be considered for this role, our client is looking for someone with the following qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience working in a B2B Credit & Collections role
  • Experience working in a professional services industry would be strongly considered
  • Fluently bilingual in English and French would be strongly considered
