GROUP/PROJECT INFO:

The Central Services Account Specialist is primarily responsible for document imaging and monitoring, vendor invoice payments, coordination and monitoring of asset transfer for all Trust locations and business lines working in concert with the Global Asset Management Transition and Administration groups.

The Account Specialist will also work with external clients to assist in user security requests. The Central Services Account Specialist works with the manager to resolve complex matters with all types of service providers.

Through key performance indicator monitoring, exception reporting and trend analysis, the Central Services Account Specialist monitors quality and compliance with established processing guidelines, system coding, service standards and business line compliance requirements.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE (but are not limited to):

  • Assisting with sorting mail, filing and organization
  • Balancing accounts and some reconciliation functions, logging and handling checks
  • Entering data accurately into the database, validating and investigating data
  • Coordination and monitoring for asset movement is performed to ensure assets are deposited or delivered accurately and timely.
  • Provide and support for coordination and communication between various trust business lines as well as trust operations to facilitate and troubleshoot the complex transaction processing within GAM Central Services.
  • Works across with a wide spectrum of service providers, which will require strong client service skills.
  • Assist external clients with user security requests for web access while providing a superior customer service experience.
  • Establishment and monitoring of current procedures for timeliness and accuracy. Ensure that efficient techniques and monitoring are in place to provide the highest level of service.

  • Experience working in an office environment
  • Proficient with MS EXCEL - basic knowledge of formulas, data entry, tracking, sorting, filtering, etc
  • Strong Interpersonal skills
  • Strong Communication skills
