Looking for a highly analytical, tech savvy, and self-directed Financial Analysts to play a key role in effectively managing company-wide spend associated with portfolio of information technology and business process transformation consulting projects. The Financial Analyst will track, monitor, analyze, measure progress against project milestones and KPIs, and report to senior management periodically. Interested candidates should possess at least 4 years of progressive budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis experience; prior experience developing and implementing metric-based scorecards, dashboards, and reporting processes; advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills; and possess exceptional verbal and written communications skills.

Responsibilities of the Financial Analyst

  • Interact cross-functionally to ensure all projects are properly identified, all associated costs are being properly captured, and project delivery milestones and KPIs are confirmed and base-lined.
  • Develop project specific budgets, perform budget to actual variance analysis, and provide timely and accurate forecast based on project progress compared to project milestones.
  • Develop and implement metric-based scorecards, dashboards, and reporting processes to communicate project spend and milestone achievement, as well as barriers to timely project completion.
  • Present bi-weekly project spend/progress/forecast status reporting to senior management team.

Responsibilities of the Financial Analyst

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance. MBA preferred.
  • At least 4 years of progressive budgeting forecast, and financial analysis experience. Prior experience developing and implementing scorecards, dashboards and reporting processes. Prior healthcare experience is highly preferred.  
  • Advanced user of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Must be willing to roll up your sleeves" and get down into the details, but present high-level status reporting to senior management.
  • Possess exceptional verbal and written communications skills.
