RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE (but are not limited to):

  • Responsible for interacting with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints.
  • Handling around 75-90 calls daily 
  • Answering customer inquiries in regards to account balances, online banking, debit card/ gift card, making payments 
  • Some needs based conversations /sales component
  • 10-15 systems on average - great muli-tasker is a must
  • Creating a great customer experience


TOP SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:

- Some Customer Service experience 
- Strong communication skills
- Critical thinking - strong problem solving skills
- Digital/technical skills - must be computer savvy and able to catch on quick
- Strong multitasking skills


NICE TO HAVE SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
- Prior Banking/FI experience
- Any call center/contact center experience or any experience in a customer facing role
- Previous collections experience
- Experience dealing with difficult customers
- Previous sales experience

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS: 
High School / equivalent is a must have
Some college or a college degree is preferred.
