The Utilization & Training Project Manager is the primary point of contact for the client and all employees involved in the implementation process.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
. Acts as primary installation point of contact for project stakeholders including all functional departments, Clients, and Third Party Suppliers.
. Develop install Project Plan for distribution to project participants
. Coordinates and ensures a successful and timely implementation for complex region projects.
. Provides status updates, tracks open issues, and works with all groups to resolution as required
. Responsible for the project until purchased products and agreed upon deliverables are completed
. Acts as a mentor to other Project Managers
. Travel up to 50%
. Bachelor Degree.
. PMP certification a plus, but not required.
. 4+ years project management or training & implementation management experience.
. Experience planning, coordinating and organizing all phases of a project.
. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment on multiple projects simultaneously
. Solutions-oriented problem solver. Anticipates obstacles and thinks about next steps.
