Our client, an industrial supply company located in Mississauga, is looking for a Part-time Accounting Clerk to join them on a 3-month, for 3 days p/week (20 hrs.) The ideal Part-time Accounting Clerk will have demonstrated knowledge of invoicing, report generation and analysis within a fast-paced and high-volume environment.
The Part-time Accounting Clerk's responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Physically creating invoices and sending them to customers
Assist with audit by generating ad hoc reports
Analysis of audit reports
The successful Part-time Accounting Clerk will possess the following education, experience and/or demonstrated skills:
- 2+ years of experience in a general accounting role
- Strong MS Excel skills; VLOOKUPS, HLOOKUPS & pivot tables,
- Previous experience with SAP is a MUST
- Will specifically be looking for part-time hours only
