Our client, a national technology firm located in Toronto's financial district, is looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join them on a 3-6 month contract. The ideal Accounts Payable Clerk will have demonstrated knowledge of accounts payable procedures, preferably within a high-volume environment.

The Accounts Payable Clerk’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Matching, batching, and coding transactions to the client’s system
  • Collecting authorizations for payments
  • Accounts payable invoice processing

The successful candidate must have the following education, experience and/or demonstrated skills:

  • Accounting college diploma or university degree
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in A/P full cycle
  • Strong Excel skills; VLOOKUPS & pivot tables,
  • Above average communication skills
