Title: Business Development Representative

IFG is on the search for a dynamic, high performing Business Development Representative (BDR) who will be responsible for selling our client’s eCommerce Acceleration technology to online retailers.

This is your chance to step into the competitive & lucrative world of software and technology. In a BDR role you will get experience selling to eCommerce professionals / future clients and you will do it all across North America, the UK and Australia. You will be mentored by other salespeople who have a ton of experience.


  • Prospect potential customers through phone and email. Make contact and create interest
  • Successfully manage and overcome objections
  • Educate prospects on our client’s products - creating sales opportunities on a weekly basis
  • Document your success in Salesforce CRM
  • Learn, teach others and advance within the sales organization

    Must Have Skills / Qualifications:

  • Previous experience cold calling / prospecting
  • A competitive attitude!
  • University or College degree or equivalent
  • Previous experience crushing a sales quota
  • You are a pleasure to speak with and can make an awesome Sales Professional
  • You’re naturally curious
  • You have a great energy that people gravitate toward
  • You’ve succeeded at a small, fast-growing company before
  • You have a bias toward action / you love to dive in and get stuff done
  • Excellent communication and English language skills (oral and written)
