RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE (but are not limited to):

The Recruitment Associate will be an integral partner in managing recruiting activities such as, recruitment support, program coordination & delivery and champion the brand to all candidates and campus stakeholders.

 

Candidate Care & Relationship Management - 40%, Requisition & Recruitment Process Management - 20%, Recruitment Administration & Support – 40%

 

Candidate Care & Relationship Management

·         Manages communications with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a positive candidate/hiring manager experience and to live the brand of “We’re here to help”

·         Work with internal to support the execution of program deliverables (e.g.  Organizing events; conducting evaluations, interview scheduling etc.)

·         Recommend industry trends and best practices in support of ensuring great candidate and hiring manager experiences, deliver strong presence and model the brand on Campus and related events

Requisition & Recruitment Process Management

·         Manages the candidate and hiring manager experience (Taleo) throughout the requisition stages

·         Ensure requisitions meet all compliance standards to mitigate risk, which includes all roles posted include the appropriate taglines and correct approvals. This also includes compliance of the Client Relation Management System (CRM) and all trackers

·         Ensure all systems are up to date with candidate information and are reflective of the candidates’ application status

·         Execute on the end to end process of the offer letter and ensure correct reviews and information captured

·         Investigate, resolves and follows-ups regarding any Taleo issues or errors

·         Support the team with special projects & process recommendations

Recruitment Administration & Support

·         Coordinate information sessions & handle all logistics (for catering, transportation, briefing materials & all other items)

·         Manage all school postings and school logistics for on campus events

·         Schedule candidates for interviews and ensure all interview packages are prepared for interview days

·         Advise on questions candidates may have regarding their application or process

·         Support Recruitment Manager with additional administration

 

TOP SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:

·         1-2 years of relevant experience in HR or some type of coordination experience or recruitment experience in a large organization

·         Ability to balance multiple demands and priorities

·         High degree of integrity in dealing with sensitive information

·         Ability to independently manage multiple priorities and meet tight timelines

 

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

·         Knowledge of Taleo and other recruitment software is an asset

·         Advanced HR certification is an asset.

·         Bank/FI experience

 

SOFT SKILLS:

·         Well organized, with a strong eye for detail and operational efficiency

·         High degree of integrity in dealing with sensitive information

·         Ability to independently manage multiple priorities and meet tight timelines

·         Undergraduate Degree
