Our client a large financial clearing organization located downtown Chicago is looking for a Project Manager - eGRC Compliance.  The Project Manager will provide business guidance and support for the Company's eGRC tool.  They will assess the impact of changes, understand data linkages and mappings, and develop and generate reports. This role will support business users with eGRC needs. 

Responsibilities include:

o  Organize governance processes and procedures for organization's eGRC tool

o  Understand stakeholder impacts of eGRC tool decisions: field changes, functionality updates and values changes, and communicate them for decision making

o  Create and generate reports of GRC data for various stakeholders, including regulators

o  Support data management activities for the GRC Platform

o  Identify areas for tool and process improvement based on support ticket metrics and support experience

o  Document training manuals, operational procedures, and other materials in support of GRC Platform deployment and maintenance

o  Participate in stakeholder engagement with companies to promote information security and privacy initiatives globally

o  Provides requirements and Archer knowledge to the project team in support of design, development, test, and training.

o  Understand governance, risk and compliance programs, and how eGRC tools support the program functionality

o  Document process flows, policies and procedures to support eGRC tool functionality, and other business processes.

Requirements:             

o    Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.

o  Strong background and knowledge in eGRC tools

o  CPA, CIA, CISA or other related certification, preferred.

o  Knowledge of business intelligence reporting tools and databases 

o  Understanding of the role and importance of eGRC and internal within the organization

o  Knowledge of eGRC tools, preferably RSA Archer.

o  Ability to understand and assess the implications of system changes

o  Strong analytical skills to provide efficient and effective solutions

o  Ability to prepare informative and concise reports depicting the current situation and historical trends.

o

Excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to interact with various departments.

o  Knowledge of eGRC platforms, specifically RSA Archer

o  Knowledge of BI tools, Crystal, Jasper, etc.

o  Knowledge of SQL databases and reporting. Graphical/Charting expertise (i.e. Visio)

o  Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

o  Experience with eGRC tools, preferably in a regulated environment.

o  Familiarity with internal controls role within an organization.

o  Experience with building sophisticated reports, project planning and reporting results. 

o  Ability to  multi-task managing multiple projects
